Is food for tasting or learning about?

Here it’s all the same! In fact, food has a special place here as we use the finest local products with particular attention to Slow Food Products. Two of these, Casizolu raw cow’s milk cheese and Sardinian-Modica cattle, are local, and part of the historic breadbasket of the Arca del Gusto (Ark of Taste) that contains the first 100 Italian products to be protected.
