The Cuisine

The cuisine interprets the tradition of Sardinia and based on the knowledge, choice and respect for the properties of the best ingredients of our territory, it prepares an offering that is the true expression of a gourmet approach.

Our menu is a unique menu, of five courses (two appetizers, first, second and dessert) that changes daily, characterised by the season and the availability of products.

If informed in advance, we can meet the specific requests of our Guests related to food choices, vegetarian, vegan, religious or intolerances.

The cost of our tasting menu is € 45.00 per person, service and cover included, drinks not included.
