“Antica Dimora del Gruccione” is a “Learning Center” of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo (Bra). The university was founded and promoted in 2004 by the Slow Food International Association with the collaboration of the Piedmont and Emilia Romagna regions.
At national and local level it is associated with: Adi (National Association of multi-building Hotels), Slow Food, WWF,Touring Club, FAI, Archeoclub d’Italia onlus.
In Santu Lussurgiu it is part of the Naturale “Banzigallelle” Centre of Commerce and the “Don Deodato Meloni” Environmental Education and Sustainability Centre. The latter is part of the largest national Environmental Education Information system promoted by the Ministry of the Environment.
